Simply scan the QR code on your voucher and follow the instructions to download the VoxCity app and the city map in your preferred language. If you encounter any problems shoot us an email at [email protected]. Remember that you can download the city map prior to your arrival.

We recommend booking your tour in advance, to save time in-location and begin your sightseeing experience from the moment you arrive in your destination! However, we’re flexible, and you can book in-location if you wish too (please note, purchase points vary depending on the city).

If you have booked a guided tour, you can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge, up to 24 hours in advance of the day you travel. Bookings are non-amendable and non-refundable within 24 hours - If you have booked a self-guided tour, your booking is non-refundable and non-amendable - Your booking confirmation and/or voucher will also state the specific cancellation and/or refund policy for the product you have purchased
