Activating the Vox City pass
The self-guided features of your pass can be activated by simply scanning your QR code and downloading your city map prior to arrival. To use the guided tour functioning of your pass, visit the nearest local expert, who will scan your QR code (which you should have on hand) and activate your Vox City Walks map and tour features.

Firstly, you’ve to click on “my maps” then “my itinerary” button.
Invalid QR code
You can download the app using the ticket link of a ticket. Please delete the app if you have downloaded it previously and then you can just click the magic link if you are using a smartphone to download the app and it will automatically fetch the map details that you can download to enjoy your tour. In case if the ticket is not working then contact customer support and they will create a new ticket and share it with you.
Deleted the app by mistake
If you have deleted the app, you can just click the magic link of your voucher, if you are using a smartphone to download it, it will automatically fetch the map details that you can download and enjoy your tour. Or you can just enter the username and password on the app to enable your map access. You should also check in the maps section of the App if the map is ready to download there.
Look for my self-guided tour
All your audio experiences will be visible in the map area, where you can easily download the map and audio guide.
Purchased two or more audio experiences, how to see available audio experiences?
Simply, if you have purchased 2 or more audio tours, all will be available in my maps area. If not, then you can click on the link of your voucher or enter your credentials; this will take you to the audio tour.
Go to the 'My Maps' menu; if the product is not available, then please click on the QR code icon. The app will now open the camera. You can now scan your QR code. Alternatively, enter your credentials. You can find them in the voucher attached.
Additional costs or in-app purchases required
No, after your booking is confirmed, there aren't any additional costs or in-app purchases required even if you can download the app before arrival to avoid any roaming charges.
Audio guide or a ticket to the attraction?
Some users confuse the self-guided audio tour with a ticket to an attraction. You have to purchase the ticket to the attraction separately.
Print my voucher for guided tours
Simply present an electronic copy of your voucher to your local expert, to validate your pass and begin your experience. But, some attractions require a printed copy of your voucher, so print your voucher in hand to get a smooth traveling experience.
Not received my voucher/tickets after booking a tour
You can reach us via email at [email protected] and we will send your purchase voucher with all the necessary details. To ensure a smooth experience during your tour, please download and save the attached voucher. On the day of your tour, kindly present this voucher to your tour guide upon arrival.
