Meet a staff member at the gardens in front of the Caffe Tropea in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH, to exchange your voucher. The staff member will be wearing a green ‘Vox City’ uniform. Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible
Please note: the sightseeing walk through Bloomsbury takes approx 20 minutes. It is strongly recommended to bring an umbrella or raincoat, which can be checked at the British Museum for a fee
Cloakroom fees include: coats £2, bags up to 4kg £2.50, bags 4-8kg £5, umbrellas £1
Items that are not permitted include: large bags heavier than 8kg, wheeled cases, folding bicycles and more. Visit the British Museum website for a full list of prohibited items
Pushchairs are permitted on-site. Fold-up prams and buggies can be left free of charge in the cloakroom
