Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?
If you have booked a guided tour, you can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge, up to 24 hours in advance of the day you travel. Bookings are non-amendable and non-refundable within 24 hours - If you have booked a self-guided tour, your booking is non-refundable and non-amendable - Your booking confirmation and/or voucher will also state the specific cancellation and/or refund policy for the product you have purchased.
Is a Walking Tour suitable for all ages?
The walking tour is suitable for all ages, but keep in mind that it involves a fair amount of walking and standing, so participants should be able to walk for at least 2.5 hours. Additionally, wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing a water bottle can help ensure that you're comfortable throughout the tour.
